Introduction: The ONE and ONLY Scotch Egg

Have you ever tried a scotch egg before? Well if you haven't it's a hard boiled egg wrapped in pork sausage. First you boil some water and put an egg in the boiled water. Then you peel the shell off of the egg afterwards then you will wrap the hard boiled egg in pork sausage. after that you can roll the scotch egg in bread crumbs if you have a deep fryer you can deep fry the scotch egg and serve.

Step 1: Ingredients

5 hard boiled eggs, 1 pound of pork sausage meat, 2 teaspoons of worcestershires, 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour, 1/8 teaspoon of salt

Step 2: Boil Water

bring the water to a boil

Step 3: Boil Egg

Boil the egg in the boiling water with the shell on

Step 4: Wrap the Eggs

Wrap the hard boiled eggs in pork sausage

Step 5: Deep Fry the Scotch Egg

Now if you have a deep fryer you can put the scotch eggs in the deep fryer and cook them until golden brown
