Firstly, wash inside of milk cortons and cut open them on the line. Next, soak them in the tray which is filled with lukewarm water.

They are consisted of three layers. Concretely, both side of them have polyethylene coating, so you need to take out the middle layer. After you remove both side, you tear them into pieces.
