Introduction: The "You Messed Up" Mac & Cheese Recipe
For all you men out there! If your life partner currently hates you and you want to get back in their good books, then you MUST cook up this ultimate comfort food dish!
500g pre-prepared Macaroni, al dente
4 tbsp butter
1 & 1/2 tbsp plain flour
1 can of Evaporated Milk
300ml Whole Milk
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Ground Nutmeg
Chipotle or Cayenne powder, to taste
Salt and Pepper, to taste
3 cups of grated cheese (I used Sharp Cheddar, Swiss and Mozzarella)
Crispy Fried Dried Onions
Pre-heat your oven to 180 centigrade, or 350 Farenheit, and follow my recipe, and your lady will be more than happy!
