Introduction: Think Outside the Tweezers
While restoring a VOM recently I had to remove, and install a couple of 6-32 nuts repeatedly while testing the device out. I keep all of the small parts together while I am working in a little container so in order to get the nuts I needed I'd use a pair of tweezers to grab them. I found that if I put the tweezers tips inside the hole of a nut I could grab it pretty good, position it on the stud, and start the threads easily too.
I hope someone else will find this trick handy someday.

Great idea Phil. This may work on threading allen bolts through "impossibly" positioned holes as well.

A good Allen wrench should hold onto Allen hardware fairly well. But your idea is thinking outside the tweezers too!
