Introduction: Three Ingredient Chocolate Enchilada

A quick and very yummy dessert for those times when nothing but chocolate will do!

Step 1: Ingredients

A flour tortilla

Chocolate of some kind. I'm using Donckels Belgian Truffles, perfect as they are wonderfully chocolatey and have a low melt point.

Coconut Chips

Tools you will need:

A plate

Sharp knife to cut the chocolate

Grater (optional)

Step 2: Assemble Your Treat

Slice your chocolate thinly. This will reduce the time in the microwave, and the last thing we want is the hard piece of wood that bread becomes if it's nuked too long. We want our bread to be nice and soft. Obviously, you can use as much or as little chocolate as you like, but I find three truffles to be perfect. Plenty of chocolatey goodness, but not so much that it comes squirting out. I use a knife to shave them thinly, but you could obviously use a grater if you prefer. Arrange them fairly evenly in the center of the tortilla, keeping them half an inch or so from the edges. Microwave on a low setting. All microwaves are different, so be careful, but I find that a minute on defrost is perfect.

Step 3: Add Your Toasted Coconut...

...or peanut butter, or toasted almond slices, or bacon bits/slice if you like that sort of thing - really, whatever you like in your chocolate treat will be fine. I personally like the toasted coconut chips, sprinkle them down the center, then wrap your tortilla as usual.

Step 4: Optional

Take another truffle and finely grate about half of it over the top of your finished enchilada while it's still hot. Take a deep breath and prepare for something amazing!

Step 5: Oh, Heaven!

Eat and enjoy!
