Tissue Paper Flower

Here is an easy way and cheap way to make a tissue flower. I like to wear this in my hair for special occasions. But you can wear it whenever you feel like.

Step 1: Materials

You will need: Tissue paper, Scissors, And a rubber band ir hair tie, And a hair clip.

Step 2:

Fold the paper into eighths and cut the paper.

Step 3:

Then put the pieces of paper in a neat stack. Next fold the pieces like you are making a paper fan.

Step 4:

Then wrap the rubber band or hair tie around the middle of the fan. Spread out the sides and pull up the tissue paper layer by layer switching sides.

Step 5: You're Done

Once you are done pulling up the paper, push the hair pin in where the comb is ( i didn't have anymore) and your done!!! Or you can make a smaller flower and makethe hair tie losse so you can make a ring.
