Tissue Paper Peonies

this is how i'm making tons of paper flowers.

Step 1: Cut Tissue Paper Into Rectangles

there should be 4 of them and they should be approximately the size of index cards.

Step 2: Stack Rectangles

Step 3: Start Folding

from the top down, fold should be about 1cm wide

Step 4: Flip It Over and Fold Back (zig Zag)

Step 5: Fold Up the Rest of the Paper

Step 6: Trim Ends So They're Curved (like Petals

Step 7: Cut Notches on the Top and Bottom in the Middle

but don't cut the whole way through

Step 8: Thread Your Wire, Loop, and Twist

such that the stem is secured to the tissue paper

Step 9: Gently Unfold

start with one side and gently separate and spread out the petals

Step 10: Fluff and Even Out the Petals
