Introduction: Toffee Butterscotch Pecan Cookies

Another test recipe that came out pretty tasty.


3/4 cup white sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 cup butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup (or more) butter scotch chips

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup toffee bits

2 1/4 cup AP flour

Step 1: Mix Ingredients

Cream together butter, sugars and vanilla. Then add in egg, salt, baking soda, and flour. Mix well.

Step 2: Add-ins

Add in your chopped nuts, toffee bits, and butter scotch chips. Mix well so that you get a little bit of everything in each cookie.

Pre-heat oven to 375.

Step 3: Bake

Scoop out small balls of dough onto a prepared cookie sheet and bake for 9-10 minutes. Remove to cooling rack when done and repeat.
