Introduction: Triple Threat Low Carb Breakfast Muffins

Breakfast does not have to be boring. On a recent cruise, one of the chefs made a delectable breakfast treat. I was so inspired that I decided I wanted to try making it at home. These yummy treats are packed with protein and are low carb for all you keto dieters out there. You can use a variety of meats and vegetables and the egg holds them all together. Although it is quick and easy to make, it tastes like something a chef would make. I hope you enjoy these.

Supplies

    • Muffin pan
    • Olive oil spray
    • 1 dozen large eggs
    • 8 pieces of thin sliced ham
    • Cheddar cheese
    • Fresh spinach
    • Cherry tomatoes
    • Mozzarella cheese
    • Grated parmesan cheese
    • Heavy whipping cream

    Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients, Preheat Oven to 400, and Spray Olive Oil Into Muffin Tins

    Step 2: Put 2 Slices of Ham Into 4 of the Tins, Crack 1 Egg Over the Ham, and Sprinkle With Cheddar Cheese.

    Step 3: Line Second Row of Tins With Spinach, Put Diced Cherry Tomatoes on Top, Crack Egg on Top, and Sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese

    Step 4: Crack 1 Egg in 3rd Row of Tins, Sprinkled Grated Parmesan Cheese, and Drizzle With Heavy Whipping Cream

    Step 5: Place in Oven and Bake for 14 Minutes.

    Step 6: Remove From Muffin Tin. Serve Immediately or Store in Airtight Container in Refrigerator.
