Ultrasonic Ranger Robot

This is a small robot with wooden shell. It would shout at you when you get close to it.

Step 1: Laser Cutting

Get a 5mm wooden board first and cut it through laser cutting.

Step 2: Assemble the Shell

Fix hinges and magnets with screws as picture shows.

After fixing them you can fold this box perfectly.

Then fix the trimming with rivets.

Step 3: Electronic Modules

Firstly, you should get following modules.

Seeeduino Lotus

Grove - LED Bar

Grove - Ultrasonic Ranger

Grove - Mini Fan

Grove - Buzzer

Connect these modules with controller board as picture shows.

Step 4: DONE
