Olive oil is a safe and natural lubricant for a close shave.
Apply a teaspoon after washing your face once finished

Combine 2 parts olive oil and 1 part lemon juice or vinegar
Pour solution in a clean spray bottle
Shake the bottle and spray on surface

it's very hard to get moisture back into the skin. the oil most likely prevents moisture from leaving.
