Urban Garden

An urban garden is a great idea to start getting into the cultivation of your own vegetables.
In cities it is difficult to find places to plant, but with this idea you can make an effective use of your backyard space. Without complications and in a few steps you can make your own urban garden.

Step 1: Get the Materials

You will need:

1. A wooden pallet

2. Garbage black bags

3. Earth/organic substrate

4. Nails

5. A hammer

Step 2: Find a Location

You have to find a place for the pallet preferably where the sunlight reaches, and close to some water intake.

Step 3: Place the Bags and Nail Them

Place the bags on each quadrant of the pallet.

Leave a hole of about 15 cm (6 in) deep. Then with the nails, attach them to the wood.

Step 4: Fill the Holes With Earth

Fill the holes with earth or organic substrate, you will need about 40 kg of black earth.

Step 5: Start Planting

Now you are ready to start planting your own vegetables.
