Introduction: Valentine Cherry Dessert

The reason to make this cherry dessert is to give it to someone special. This dessert will make a nice gift for almost any occasion. It is very simple and easy to make. You will not have to have much cooking experience or money to make this dessert.

Step 1:

Supplies Needed:
1. 1 small box of cherry jello
2. 1 cup boiling water
3. 1/2 box of graham crackers
4. 1 stick butter
5. 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
6. 1 large package of cream cheese
7. 1 Cup of sugar
8. 1 teaspoon of Vanilla
9. 1 can of very cold canned milk
10. Large rectangular dish
11. Whip
12. Pan to boil water
13. Big zip lock bag.
14. Dry measuring cups
15. Wet measuring cup
16. Measuring spoons
17. Rolling pin
18. 3 large spoons
19. 3 mixing bowls

Step 2:

First you get one cup of boiling water and mix it with the jello. Mix well then set aside to slightly jell.

Step 3:

Next take two of the three packages of graham crackers and put them into the zip lock bag. Crush them with a rolling pin. You can also use your hands instead if you do not have a rolling pin. Then measure out two cups.

Step 4:

Then mix the crumbs with 1 stick of butter and 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Make sure to mix well. Then place in the rectangular pan. Pat down so it is even like the picture.

Step 5:

In the other bowl you mix the large package of cream cheese, regular sugar, and the 1 teaspoon of vanilla. For this step I just mixed by hand instead of using the mixer. For beginners you will want to use the mixer. If you do not have one you can stir by hand but, you will have to make sure to mix it very well. Stirring by hand will take some time and effort. Look at the pictures if you need more guidance.

Step 6:

Then whip one can of VERY cold milk in a separate bowl. Your milk should look like the picture.

Step 7:

Add the jello mixture to the whipped milk. Be sure to mix well by hand or with the mixer.

Step 8:

Then add the the jello and milk mixture to cream cheese mixture. Mix well. It is okay for it to have small lumps of cream cheese. This will add to the dessert later.

Step 9:

Then pour the final mixture onto the graham cracker crust as I did in the picture.

Step 10:

Finally refrigerate overnight. Or you can freeze for later, just be sure to set it out the night before you need it.

Step 11:

For this recipe remeber to have fun. This recipe is easy for begginers. Lastly this makes a nice and easy gift to someone special.

Step 12:

Remember to Have Fun making this.
