Introduction: Veg Pizza*
Here is an easy way to make Veg Pizza.
Enjoy the hot pizza.
- Pizza sauce as required
- Mozzarella cheese grated as required
- Olive Oil 5Tsp
- Salt as required
- Plain flour 2Cups
- Yeast 2Tsp
- Lukewarm water 120ml
- Choice of Vegetables
Step 1: Activating Yeast
To activate the yeast.
In lukewarm water(120ml) add Sugar(1Tsp),Yeast (2Tsp) and mix it well. Then leave it covered with wrappping film for 10Minutes to activate.
Step 2: Making Dough
In a bowl add flour, salt, activated yeast and oil. Then mix them well. On a floured surface knead the mixture for 5Minutes until you get the smooth layer. Make a dough and Leave it covered with cling film to rise for 1.5hours.
Step 3: Rolling Out Dough to Pizza Shape
Roll out the rised dough to pizza shape and then place on the pizza tray. Then leave it covered with cling film for about half an hour.
Step 4: Applying Pizza Sauce & Adding Vegetables
After half an hour, remove the film and apply the sauce, cheese and add vegetables.
Step 5: Baking the Pizza
Before baking pre-heat the oven in 200°C for 5Minutes. Bake the pizza in 200°C for 15Minutes.
Step 6: Butter Spreading and Serving
After baking spread the butter on the edges of pizza and enjoy the hot veg pizza.
