Step 1: Prep 1
1. Mix butter, oregano, garlic, pepper, salt in a bowl and heat it to melt the butter.
2. In a cup, add yeast to lukewarm water and let it rise.
3. Wait till you see bubbles.
Step 2: Mix
Mix them all and start kneading into a dough.
Step 3: Dough
The first image shows the kneaded dough.
Cover the dough with a plastic wrap and let the yeast do its magic.
The second image shows the dough which has risen twice.
Rise time: 1-2 hours
Step 4: Shape It
Make balls of the dough and let it rise again for an hour.
Bake at 350F for 30-45 mins.
