Introduction: Vegan Veggie Patties (Soy, Corn, Wheat Free)

Ingredients:

*1 Veg Bouillon cube
*1 cup water
*1/2 cup Natural's Organic Omega Hemp & Flax Organic Granola
*1 T. Pumpkin Seeds
*1 T. Sesame Seeds
*1 grated carrot and 1 grated leek (1 cup total)
*1 mashed banana
*pepper
*1 T. Tamari
*1 tsp. caraway seeds
*1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
*7 T. Spelt Flour
*1-2 Cups Crispy Fried Onions
*Canola Oil for bottom of oven tray

Bring the water and bouillon cube to a boil in a small pan. Stir in the granola and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. Cook to lukewarm. Add the rest of the ingredients except the fried onions. Add enough flour to make dough hold together. It will still be sticky.

Take oven tray and grease entire tray with canola oil. Make 6 patties and dredge in crispy fried onions. Cook at 375 for 15-20 mins and then flip patties and dredge in crispy fried onions on the other side. Cook other side of patties for 15-20 mins. If soy protein is not an issue serve with Follow Your Heart Vegan Ranch dressing or make your own. I served it on Rudy's Spelt Bread with tomatoes, mustard, ranch, and spring lettuce.
