Ingredients for Veggie Omelet
1. 3 large eggs (well beaten)
2. 1 small onion, chopped
3. 1 small tomatoes chopped
4. 1 green pepper, chopped
5. freshly ground black pepper ½ teaspoon
6. ½ teaspoon salt
Step 1: Gather All the Ingredients
Step 2: Preparation
After gathering all the ingredients. First, crack your eggs into a small bowl and beat them together with a fork. And add freshly ground black pepper ½ teaspoon½ teaspoon salt. And mix it all together
Step 3: Cooking the Veggies All Together
1. First Add the onion, and fry it well till it turns reddish and then add 2 spoons of oil and mix and fry it well. Then add the tomatoes and cook them all together for 2 minutes and then add green pepper all together and cook for 1-2 minutes stirring occasionally until vegetables are just tender.
Step 4: Cooking and Serving
The last step is going to be adding the well beaten eggs to the fry pan with the cooked vegetables and then let it cook for 2 minutes or you can either flip it over until it looks dry. Or, fold the omelet in half and slide it off the pan onto a plate.
