Here is how I have been winterizing since 1999 without any issues

Seaworks Dual Feed Muff Style Boat Motor Flusher | Use for Antifreeze Winterization or Common Water Flush | 5/8 Inch Standard Garden Hose Connection (Black) https://amzn.to/3TV6P5H

Step 1: Warm the Engine

Use the muffs or back boat into the water if near by

Step 2: Drain the Engine

Turn Off Engine and Drain Water Out

Step 3: Bin Setup for Pink Antifreeze

Use the Bin, Muffs, Bilge Pump and the Battery in the boat or an extra one if you have it

Step 4: Run Engine on Pink Antifreeze

Run on the Pink Antifreeze Until it is low in the Bin DO NOT RUN IT DRY! You will damage the pump in the boat. Watch video to see details.

Step 5: Draining the Pink Antifreeze

Drain the Engine again as air is best to have in the engine, Do Not skip this step.
