Hello welcome to another instructable by trailtrekr. In this instructable I will show you how to make Zombie Brain Cupcakes!
Difficulty: between Easy and Medium.
This is only my 2nd instructable and I hope you like it.

Step 1: Getting Materials.

These are the materials needed for the project.

Vanilla cupcake(s)
lemon Tootsie Rolls (4)
lime Tootsie Rolls (3)
orange Tootsie Role (1)
and Xtreme Air Heads (2 red ones)
Green frosting.

Tools needed.

Knife (not shown in the picture)
Cutting board (not shown in the picture)
and a microwave.

Step 2: Putting Together the Cupcake

Take the cupcake and put it on the cutting board and cut the center top of the cupcake out 3/4 of the way in and keep the top.Take the orange Tootsie roll and put it in the microwave for 10 seconds on a glass plate. As you can see the orange Tootsie is more moldable than before. Put the orange Tootsie inside of the hole you cut out and use the piece you cut of to hide the orange Tootsie.

Step 3: Putting the Frosting On

Spread the green frosting all over the top. With mine I used a number 233 tip. Use any type of tip you want or just put a glop down and spread it with a knife.

Step 4: Making the Brain.

To make the brain squeeze the 4 lemon Tootsie Rolls together and put them in the microwave for 16 seconds. Before the Tooties harden roll it into a ball and put the red Air Heads on the out side of it.
After you put it in squeeze down the Tootsies and wait for it to harden. If you think 4 Tootsie rolls is to much try taking away from the ball and make another cupcake.

Step 5: Putting the Brain On.

Put the brain on the top of the head (the green frosting). If the brain looks too round flatten the brain out around the head.

Step 6: Making the "Infection"

This is why you needed the green Tootsies. If you want to make the "infection" then listen more, if you don't then you are done.
To make the "infection", wrap spots around the brain in the green Tootsies or use the green frosting or use both.
