Introduction: Zucchini Gratin Goat Cheese

If you like zucchinis and goat cheese, you will like this delicious zucchini gratin.
It's easy to cook, and the recipe is fast to realize.

Step 1: What You Need !

Ingredients

1 zucchini
4 oz of goat cheese
2 slice of smoked ham
1 oz of grated Gruyere
0.5 cup of fresh cream
Olive oil
Pepper and salt, to taste.

A spoon
A knife
A Frying pan
A oven dish
A chopping block

Step 2: The Steps

First, Pre-heat the oven to 250°F.

Then, prepare the zucchini.
I never peel my zucchini, but I'll leave that up to your personal preference.
Slice up the zucchini.
When the zucchini are schredded, put them in the frying pan and spray some olive oil on. 
Add pepper and salt to taste.
To finish, leave the zucchini reducing 10 minutes. 

Step 3:

When the zucchinis are well-cooked, put them in the oven dish.
Cover them with fresh cream. 
Next, slice the ham in piece, and put it in the cream. 

Step 4:

Then, slice the goat cheese on. Make the slices fine.
Put the slices in the gratin, add a little bit of fresh cream, and to finish cover the course with grated gruyere.
Put it in the oven, and bake during 10min.

Step 5:

When the gratin is golden brown, approximately  after 10 minutes, take it out of oven and allow the gratin to stand for at least 5 minutes and serve.
