About: Hi there, I'm Julian I love making DIY projects that are both fun and useful ;-)

hi

I used to hate eggs and omelletes but since I have tried tried this omelette, I have been eating it every morning, why not give it a try?

Step 1: Ingredients

you will need:

Two eggs

one small tomatoe

1 small onion

salt and pepper

rosemary

knife

wisk

Step 2: Chopping and Peeling

Peel the onion and chop it

Do the same with the tomatoe (just don't peel it!)

Step 3: Egg Time

crack both eggs in the bowl and use your whisker to mix it.

Step 4: Mixing

pour your chopped tomatoes and onions into the same bowl with the eggs and sprinkle the pepper and solt in the mixture and pluck some leaves off the rosemary and put them in as well.

Step 5: Frying Pan

pour any cooking oil into the frying pan and heat the pan for a few seconds. After a few seconds pour the mixture you have mixed in. After 2-3 minutes flip the cooked mixture and leave it cooking for 30 seconds. Finaly put it on a plate and engoy!

I love the visual showing the simple ingredients. I can see myself getting these fresh out of my garden and making breakfast or lunch.

Rosemary can't be eaten raw, it is very heavy, even if cooked for a couple of min in the omlet it is still considered raw.

In my opinion, I think it tastes just fine.

I learned to love this dish while living in Veracruz, Mexico! It is one that I make very often since I moved back to the US. I don't use Rosemary. I usually serve it with ref ride black beans and toast or tortillas. You put a bite of refried beans on the toast, add a bite of the omelette on top of the beans and delicately put it in your mouth. Yum.
