Introduction: Berry Blaster Smoothie

Gather these ingredients:
8 ice cubes
1/2 cup water
4 Tablespoons Lemonade concentrate
2 cups fresh or frozen berries (I used rasberries and strawberries) 
1 cup fresh or frozen peaches/apricots/mango 
2 big spoonfuls of cool-whip
sugar to taste (I like it kind of sour, so I put in only about 1/4 cup)


Step 1: Mix It Up!

Put all the ingredients in the blender, and blend until smooth and good looking.  Then pour into glasses, makes about 3 servings.
