About: I'm a boy scout and I have a older brother who helped me make my first instructable and account and i like making rainbow loom bracelets. I will be posting rainbow loom tutorials I made up.
today I'm going to show you how to build a hovercraft. This is very fun to make and very simple.
Step 1:
you will need:
A disc (a empty one nothing on it)
A water bottle cap
A balloon (any color)
One piece of tape
Step one put the tape covering the hole. Poke holes in the tape so the air goes out. Then glue the cap to the disc. Wait till it drys.
Step 2:
step two blow the balloon and twist it so the air does not go out.
Step 3:
