Step 1: STEP1; MAKING THE ARMOUR

Take a A4 sheet and spread the white adhesive on it with the help of a cardboard or wooden stick.

After gluing start placing the ziptie accordingly from the flat side not from the groove side as it will provide less area for sticking.

make this type of mat around 3 in quantity, so that we can combine them.

when our 3 mats are ready than start placing them one over another with the help of glue.

Note: if we are puting the first mat having horizontal placing of ziptie than keep in mind to put the other mat in a vertical line manner and repeat the steps.

Step 2: MAKING ARMOUR MORE STRONGER

after combining all the layers with the help of glue its the time to place the whole arrangement in a paper,which will arrange all ziptie in a mannered way.

Step 3: PLACING IT IN JACKET

With the piece of the cloth we will cover the Armour and sew it with the help of needle as done in the image.

once our Armour is read, now its the time to test it.

Step 4: ARMOUR TEST ( SENIORS ATTENTION IS REQUIRED )

For testing i am using a normal gun and if anyone of you made this than please do not test your Armour by putting it on your body.( you can hang it aside and than you can test it.

After testing i had taken some photographs which you can see.

the ziptie works but it is not suitable for taking higher loads of bullets.

sooo please you can make it but do not test it by putting it on your body.
