Introduction: Bacon Wrapped Steak Bites

About: I'm Mikey!

I love bacon. I also happen to like steak. I love eating unhealthy even more. Why not wrap my steak in bacon, and make small, sharable (I'd prefer to have them all to myself) bites and be the coolest guy at the party with these and an Instructables Robot tshirt?

Step 1: Ingredients

- You can season your steak however you'd like. I'm not going to tell you what you prefer to eat, if you're picking up what I'm putting down.
My friends and I enjoy the sharp taste of chile limon, so we use Tajin and black pepper. It's really good. If you're not sure what to use at first, I would say to start off with dry steak seasoning from your local grocery store.

- bacon (half the # of steak bites); cut in half
- toothpicks

Step 2: Seasoning

I like to mix my ingredients together before cooking.

Step 3: Slice Bacon

Cut your bacon in half. Each piece of steak will have its own bacon jacket, only available online or in stores at your local Nordstrom.

Step 4: Roll 'em Up

After slicing and dicing and having all sorts of fun with your steak, place each piece on one end of the bacon. Roll the bacon up and stick a toothpick in to keep from up wrapping while cooking. Make an army of them and call them The Calories.

Step 5: Boom

Throw these bad boys on the stovetop and slow cook 'em real nice. Allow mini bites of awesomeness to cool and drain in between paper towels. Enjoy! I hope you can taste every calorie and feel your arteries clog a little bit more in every bite.
