Introduction: Baked Parsnip Fries

Cooking parsnip fries and any other vegetable fries is very simple. You have to just remove skin with vegetable peeler, cut parsnip into fries shape and for 15-20 minute at 200°C/ 390°F. You can make oven vegetable fries from anything like carrots or celery root but I prefer parsnip.

Parsnip is great choice if you are looking for healthy fries with low glycemic index. These fries also goes well together with paleo diet and are great choice as low carb side dish.

Step 1: Parsnip Fries

Ingredients

  • Parsnip
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Peel of the skin
  2. Cut parsnip into fries shape
  3. Bake at 200°C/390°C for 15-20 minutes until fries are crispy
  4. Enjoy your baked parsnip fries :-)
