How to extend warm summer months with a sweet berry fields? Especially if weather is bad outside and the next harvest is far away... Good thing that our old friend refrigerator is near here and in his freeze camera we can find a piece of summer - for this project practically any kinds of freezed berries will be suitable. What about warmth? Ho! Mix the dough immediately and turn on the oven.

Step 1: Ingredients, Tools

Tools:

  • bowl (~1000 milliliters),
  • pestle,
  • rolling pin culinary,
  • teaspoon,
  • table knife,
  • baking oven,
  • baking sheet,
  • paper sheet (A4, ~3 items),
  • measuring cup (250 milliliters),
  • platter.

Ingredients:

  • baking flour (250 g (1.5 measuring cup)),
  • raw chicken egg (1 item),
  • butter (30 grams),
  • sugar (200 grams (1 measuring cup)),
  • cottage cheese (70 grams),
  • margarine (70 grams),
  • raspberry (frozen) (250 grams),
  • soda canteen (5 grams),
  • vinegar, vanilla, salt.

Step 2:

Break the egg into a bowl.

Step 3:

Pour sugar into a bowl (100 grams (1/2 measuring cup)).

Step 4:

Stir the egg and sugar.

Step 5:

Pour (over a bowl) a little vinegar in a spoon with soda (5 grams).

Step 6:

Mix the mixture.

Step 7:

Add a bit of salt and mix the mixture.

Step 8:

Add margarine (70 grams).

Step 9:

Add cottage cheese (70 grams).

Step 10:

Mix thoroughly (until there are no lumps).

Step 11:

Add flour (250 grams (1.5 measuring cup)).

Step 12:

Knead the dough thoroughly with your hands.

Step 13:

Roll the dough into a ball.

Step 14:

Put a bowl of dough in the refrigerator.

Step 15:

Turn on the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.

Step 16:

Grease the baking sheet with a butter.

Step 17:

Apply a thin layer of flour on a sheet of paper (A4).

Step 18:

Remove the dough from the refrigerator (after 10 minutes) and cut it into two pieces in a ratio of 1:2.

Step 19:

Roll out a larger piece of dough on a sheet of paper (A4) with a flour.

Step 20:

Put the rolled dough on a baking sheet (without paper).

Step 21:

Spread the raspberries (frozen or fresh) on a sheet of dough. The layer is 1 centimeter (0.5 in) thick. Indent from the edge of about 1 centimeter (0.5 inches).

Step 22:

Sprinkle raspberry with a vanilla.

Step 23:

Sprinkle raspberry with a sugar (100 g (1/2 measuring cup)).

Step 24:

The remaining small piece of dough is divided into three parts. Make one of them a little bit larger than others.

Step 25:

One of the small parts of the dough is rolled into a strip.

Step 26:

Make a series of cuts on the one side of the strip.

Step 27:

Put the finished strip on raspberries (cuts to the middle).

Step 28:

The second small piece of dough is also rolled into a strip. Make cuts on one side of it.

Step 29:

Put the second strip of dough on raspberries on the other side of the pie.

Step 30:

The remaining larger piece of dough is rolled into a strip.

Step 31:

Make cuts on the resulting strip - on the both sides.

Step 32:

Put the resulting strip in the middle of the pie.

Step 33:

Bend the edges of the base of the pie up to the covering strips.

Step 34:

Cover the pie with remaining crumbs of dough.

Step 35:

Put the baking sheet with the pie in the oven (preheated for 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius)

Step 36:

Turn on the ventilation mode in the oven and bake a pie for 20-25 minutes.

Step 37:

Take the cake out of the oven and shift it to a platter.

Step 38:

Grease the top of the pie with butter.
