Introduction: Cake Mix Cookie Sandwiches

Step 1: Ingredients

Funfetti cake mix
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1 egg
Sprinkles
Food Coloring (optional)

Frosting (I used buttercream frosting, which I posted)

Step 2: Place All Ingredients Except Sprinkles in a Bowl.

Step 3: Mix It All Together.

Step 4: Roll Dough Into 1 Inch Balls, Then Roll in Sprinkles. Lightly Press Down on the Balls.

Step 5: Bake at 350 for 10 Minutes.

Step 6: Let the Cookies Cool. When Cool, Pipe or Spread Frosting Onto One Cookie.

Step 7: Place Another Cookie on Top.

Step 8: This Makes About 44 Cookies, or 22 Sandwiches.
