As a project for school I have to give a corrugated cardboard box a new function. So I decided to create a wine glass hanging rack using a box of wine glasses.

Step 1: Material and Tools

- corrugated cardboard

- pencil or pen

- ruler

- cutter knife

- glue

- something to make a hole in the cardboard

- screws

Step 2: Cutting the Cardboard I

Draw the lines on the cardboard as you can see on the picture. The dimensions of the red "T" depend on the wine glass that you want to use, so the dimensions that you need might be different than the dimensions on the picture. Measure your wine glass for the correct dimensions. Then cut the the red lines on the cardboard.

Step 3: Cutting the Cardboard II

Draw the other red lines and cut them. The green dotted lines show where you have to fold, so cut them a little to make it easier to fold. Be careful not to cut them through.

Step 4: Making the Hole

Make two holes where the crosses are, these holes are for the screws which will be used to fix the cardboard wine glass hanging rack on the wall.

Step 5: What You Have

This is what you have now.

Step 6: Folding the Hanging Rack

First glue the cardboard so you have the same result as the picture. Then fold the cardboard (see green dotted lines and the picture) so you have the same result as the picture.

Step 7: How to Use

First use the screws and the two holes to fix the hanging rack to the wall. Then you can slide the wine glasses through the "T" shaped opening on the side of de hanging rack.
