Carrot Cake

In this instructable i will show you how to make a carrot cake

Step 1: ​Ingredients:-

1. Plain flour 1 glass

2. Sugar - 1 glass

3. Carrot grated - 1 ½ glass

4. Sunflower oil - 1 glass

5. Milk - 1 glass

6. Egg - 1 nos

7. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon

8. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

9. Some raisins

10. Vanilla essence - 1tablespoon (optional).

Step 2:

Mix plain flour, Baking powder and Baking soda thoroughly.

Step 3:

Then, using a mixer, mix the above items, with milk, egg, sunflower oil, sugar thoroughly till it becomes a ribbon like mixture when poured into another container.

Step 4:

Now gently add the grated carrot while mixing using the spatula.

Step 5:

Now heat your oven at 180 degree celcius, while heating, add some oil to the container you are going to use and spread it.

Then add the mixture you prepared.

After heating the oven for 5 minutes, keep the container inside the oven

Step 6: Finished
