Cauliflower Mashed "Potatoes"
There are so many people doing the low-carb diet and lifestyle that I thought it would be great to share a potato replacement for those who miss the mashed potatoes.
All you need is 3 simple ingredients
1 bag frozen or 1 head of fresh cauliflower
1/4 c Heavy whipping cream
3 TBSP Butter (unsalted)
(You can add garlic or other herbs and spices if you want variety)
