About: Hello! My name is Mary Simons and I' m glad to have joined the Instructables Community. I'm a creative person and have lots of ideas to share. Hope to find friends and new projects to work at here.

I’m a real sweet-tooth and I can’t imagine a day without something tasty and sweet. Most of all, I like chocolate and other tasty products cooked of it. As soon as I see all those chocolates, cookies, muffins, desserts, soufflés, cakes etc., I can’t think of anything else but of these products. This is a kind of addiction, I should say, but I don’t think this addiction is a bad one. They say, chocolate helps us feel happy and satisfied and I totally agree with this fact. That is why, I try to cook tasty desserts, especially those that are cooked using chocolate. In this Instructable, I’m going to offer you a receipt of fantastic and extremely delicious chocolate soufflé, which is as easy to cook as ABC. Even a child can cope with the task, although, it is better to make the first try using the help of adults of course. The result will be surely worth your effort!

Step 1: Supplies

To cook this delicious chocolate soufflé, you will need the following ingredients:

  • A bar of dark chocolate (100 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 g of butter

Step 2: Melt the Chocolate

Take a small bowl and a large cooking pot. Pour some water into the cooking pot and place it on fire until the water boils. Break a bar of chocolate into several pieces and put them into a small bowl or a small cooking pot. Take a piece of butter and cut it into small pieces or fine it grate. Add butter to chocolate. As soon as the water in a cooking pot boils, place the bowl with chocolate and butter into it and melt them. Don’t forget to stir chocolate using a wooden spoon or a spatula.

Step 3: Mix Eggs With Sugar

Take another bowl and break eggs into it. Add 100 g of sugar and mix it with the eggs using a mixer for several minutes.

Step 4: Add Other Ingredients

As soon as the eggs and sugar are properly mixed, add cocoa and milk into the bowl. Mix them together again. Now, there is only one ingredient that has to be added to the bowl. It is flour, but do not forget to put it through the sieve. This step should not be omitted, because properly sieved flour will make your soufflé fluffy and gassy.

Step 5: Mix the Contents of Both Bowls

Having prepared both the chocolate mass and the egg-milk mass, you can now mix them together. Do not hurry to do that and use your mixer to cope with the process thoroughly.

Step 6: Fill the Baking Cups With Chocolate Mass

If the chocolate has cooled down a bit, you can melt in again using the double boiling technique. Fill the baking cups with the chocolate mass, but do not fill them up to the top. Instead, fill the baking cups up to the 3/4 of their volume. Do not hurry to bake them right from the start. Instead, pace them into the freezer for an hour.

Step 7: Bake the Chocolate Soufflé

Turn the oven and heat it up to 170 degrees. Take the baking cups from the freezer, put them on a baking tray and place it into the oven for 15 minutes.

Step 8: Enjoy the Dessert

Take the soufflé from the baking pans, place them on a cute plate and decorate it with regard to your wishes. You can add cream, chocolate sauce or ice cream to make the dessert taste even more delicious (although, it already tastes great!). You can serve the dessert cold or hot. Enjoy your chocolate soufflé!
