Cinnamon Roll Birthday Cake

This is an easy and delicious alternative to a traditional Birthday Cake.

Step 1: Ingredients

12 Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls, thawed but still cold
Cream Cheese Frosting, included with rolls

Step 2: Cut & Distribute

Cut each cinnamon roll into 4 or 5 pieces and drop into a sprayed 9x13-inch baking pan. Distribute cut up rolls evenly in pan.

Step 3: Cover

Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.

Step 4: Bake

Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool slightly.

Step 5: Frosting

Drizzle with frosting to serve.
