Hi all this time in this tutorial i'm gonna show you how to make your own door tags.

We all have that problem of people just walking to our room , I feel it may be because they don't know that somebody is inside or they think that they are allowed.

That time if you just add a tag to your door handle stating that its closed , I think it'll be helpful.

So here is this tutorial to do your own room tags.

Step 1: Materials Needed

These are the things required to make your own door tags:
  • A card Board sheet(rectangular shaped)
  • Two colors of Craft paper.
  • Razor Blade.
  • Glue Stick.
  • Scissors

Step 2: Stick the Papers and Shape

Take the card board , should be in a rectangular shape.

Cut the Craft paper in the shape of the card board by taking it's measurements.

Apply Glue to one side of the Card Board and add paste any one color of craft paper onto it .

Flip it over and paste the other colored craft paper on it.

Noe cut any two edges of either top or bottom as shown .

Keep it aside.

Step 3: Name the Tags

Take the leftovers of the craft paper and draw "OPEN" and "CLOSE" on each of them.

As I have shown in the figure.

Cut those letters out of the craft paper and keep them aside.

Step 4: Paste the Tags

Paste each name on each of the sides with inverting colors.

As I have shown in the images paste the each letter carefully by applying glue on the letters and pasting them over.

The reason why I told to paste as inverting colors is that if you paste on the same color means you can't see them.

Step 5: Make the Hole and Use

Draw a circle on the card board and start cutting it using a blade.

You cannot use a scissor for this because you need to do it on the card board.

Now you are done with making the Open Close Room Tag.

Tag it to your door and keep up your privacy.

Thank you:)
