Step 2: Assembling and Calibration

  • Battery voltage, AC input voltage, AC output voltage, Inverter load in watt,
    Battery Charging Ampere

  • A. Calibrate press SW1 display shows A.1 Bat Volt press SW1 Show battery volts Bat
    Volt 012V, test actual battery voltage through Digital Meter put actual voltage through SW2 & SW3. Press SW1 display shows A.1 Bat Volt. Battery volts calibrate complete.

  • Next press SW2 Display shows
    A.2 AC IN press SW1 connect ac mains Show AC IN 000V. Check actual voltage and enter same value through SW2 & SW3 press SW1display show A.2 AC IN . Ac In calibrate complete. Disconnect AC mains.

  • Next press SW2 display shows
    A.3 AC Out (setting inverter output voltage for battery mode) press SW1 show AC Out 000V. Connect digital meter in Inverter output, voltage shows (130V –150V ) check output voltage enter same voltage through SW2 & SW3 press SW1. Display shows A.3 AC Out. AC out calibrate complete.

  • Next press SW2 Display shows
    A.4 Inv Load press switch SW1 inverter automatic on display show INV load 0000W connect 200W bulb on output and setting 0200W through SW2 & SW3. Press SW1display show A.4 Inv Load. Inverter load calibrate complete. Next press SW2 Display Show

  • A.5 Chr Amp. connect AC mains press SW1 Display show CHR AMP 08A . See
    DC amp meter and press SW2 continues up to 8AMP, when meter goes 8AMP press SW1, Display show A.5 Chr Amp charging amp setting complete. Disconnect AC mains. next press SW2 display show

  • A.6 Exit press SW1 Display show A.Calibrate Calibration complete.
    Next press SW2 display show B. Setting. Press SW2 display show

Step 3: Finished Design
