Step 1: Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker
- handful of chocolate chips
- handful of mini marshmallows
- ramekin or small bowl
- oven (preheated to 400°F)
- cookie sheet
Step 2: Add Graham Cracker
Crumble your graham cracker into the bowl to make your base. Spread the crumbs into an even layer.
Step 3: Add Chocolate Chips
Spread your handful of chocolate chips into an even layer over the graham cracker crumbs.
*at this point you can place this in the oven for a minute or two to melt the chocolate chips a bit if you'd like
Step 4: Add Marshmallows
Put the marshmallows on top of everything.
Make sure none are too close to the edge, as they will expand when they heat up!
Step 5: Bake!
Set on the cookie sheet (this makes it easier to put it in and out of the oven) and put it in the oven for 3-5 minutes.*
*keep on the longer end of the time if you'd like your marshmallows crispier, or on the shorter end if you'd like them softer
Step 6: Enjoy!
Take it out of the oven (carefully!), let cool for a couple of minutes, and enjoy!
