4-6 Wholegrain wraps /Knife
2 Cloves garlic/ Chopping board
1 Capsicum/ Frypan
1 Teaspoon chilli powder/ Can Opener
400g can diced tomatoes /Cup Measures
400g can four bean mix/ Spoon Measures
400g can corn kernels /Mixing Spoon
½ cup water/ Grater
How to make it:
Cut wraps into 8 pieces. Turn frypan onto a medium heat and toast for 2 minutes each side until brown. Set Aside. Cut garlic and capsicum into small pieces. Drain beans and corn. Spray frypan with oil and turn to a medium heat. Add garlic, tomatoes,beans, corn,tomato paste,chilli powder,cumin and water. Cook for 10 minutes. Place toasted wraps on a plate, add bean mix,diced capsicum and yoghurt. Grate cheese and sprinkle over the top.
