Firey Fabric-Strip High-Low Skirt

I used my tutu method on a silver eyelet belt. I laced strips of chiffon fabrics through the holes. Don't be afraid to cut jagged, rugged lines on the edges of the strips because this skirt/dress was meant to give the illusion of wearing chiffon flames.
