Step 1: Chop Ginger

Peel the Ginger and cut it in into pieces that will fit through the funnel and into the bottle.

If you cut finer you will get more intense Taste out of it, if you cut coarser you can nibble on it later.

Hint: Use a Spoon or the Knife edge to scrape the peel off.

Step 2: Simmer in Water

Put the Ginger and the Water in a Pot and let it soak for about 20 Minutes,

then slowly simmer until half the water is gone.

Step 3: Dissolve Sugar

Slowly stir in the Sugar and dissolve it.

Add more Water if the Sugar does'nt dissolve completely.

Keep simmering until you get a thin Syrup.

Step 4: Bottle Up

Let the Syrup cool down for a while,

remember that partial temperature changes break Glass,

like when you pour cooking Syrup into a cool Bottle...

Use a Spoon to put the Ginger Syrup into the Funnel

and the Handle of a Longdrink-Spoon to push the Ginger into the Bottle.

! Don't forget to sulphurate the Bottle to kill Bacteria and make the Content last for a while.

Step 5: Keep in Fridge

Keep the Syrup a Day or two in the Fridge to increase Taste.

Step 6: Fill Up With Sparkling Water

Use the Funnel again to fill the Sparkling Water into the Bottle.

Keep it in the Fridge for another Day or two and shake occasionally to dissolve the Syrup completely.
