A healthy and yummy way to add protein and vegetables in your breakfast.
Step 1: Mixture
2 free range eggs
1/2 c almond milk
1/2 c purée pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin spice
2 pieces of whole grain bread
Step 2: Method
1. Beat every thing together except the bread until smooth and well mixed
2. Dip bread pieces in mixture
3. Cook the bread how you normally would with French toast.
4. The extra mixture can make scrambled eggs.
5. Top with any toppings you like.
