Introduction: How to Fix a Cracked Pocket Bike Body

In this Instructable I will teach you how to fix a cracked/broken pocket bike body for cheap.

Step 1: Materials and Tools

What you Need:

-Plastic Epoxy
-Plastic Strips (I cut some off a tupperware container lid)
-Tape
-Vise Grips
-Really Rough Sandpaper (80 or less)

Step 2: Remove the Body

Remove all the screws, bolts and everything else there is holding the body to the frame.

Step 3: Sand the Inside Body

Sand all the way down the crack with rough sandpaper. Remember the rougher the surface the better the epoxy will hold!!

Step 4: Taping the Body

Tape the outside of the body so that it holds the crack tightly together.

Step 5: Sand the Plastic Strips

With the same sandpaper sand one side of the plastic strips.

Step 6: Appling the Epoxy and Strips

Apply the epoxy all the way down the crack on the inside, and place the strips across the crack so they can be used as supports. Put the vise grips on the strips so they hold the strips down.

Step 7: Wait for the Epoxy to Dry.......

Step 8: Finished Product

My crack Is still fairly visible because I didn't let the epoxy dry fully, but this can be easily evoided by letting the epoxy dry FULLY.
