Introduction: How to Make Chocolate Truffles
Step 1: Ingredients
8 ounces of milk/dark chocolate 1/2 cup of milk 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract Pinch of salt (optional) Microwavable Bowl Coatings Chopped almonds Coconut shreds Cinnamon
Step 2: Mixing
Add the chocolate into the the bowl and put it into the microwave for 15 seconds. Then add the milk, vanilla extract, and the pinch of salt into the bowl. Microwave until melted.
Step 3: Cooling
Once fully melted put the bowl of chocolate into the refrigerator so it can cool and harden. Once hardened take your ice creme scooper and scoop out chocolate and roll into balls.
Step 4: Coatings
Once the chocolate is rolled into balls and a topping/coating of your choice. After you have coated the truffles ENJOY!
