Introduction: How to Make Chicken Alfredo (Modifiable Recipe)

A very simple modifiable recipe for those who are on a budget (serves 3-4 people)

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts

1 Clove of Garlic

1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon of Butter

1/3 Tablespoon of Salt

1/3 Tablespoon of Pepper

1 Box (32 fl oz.) of Chicken Broth

1 1/2 Cups of Heavy cream

1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese

Step 1: Chop the Garlic and Chicken Breasts

Chop the chicken into small pieces

Mince the garlic

Step 2: Put Oil and Garlic in the Pan

Step 3: Add Chicken to the Pan

Fry it until starts to appear cooked

Step 4: Add Butter, Salt and Pepper

Add 1/2 tablespoon of butter once the chicken has started to whiten up

Step 5: Add Chicken Broth

Let it boil for 10 minutes

Feel free to add less chicken broth if you prefer it to be more watery consistency

Step 6: Add Your Pasta

Leave it aside until it softens about 8-15 minutes

Step 7: Let It Soften

Step 8: Add Cream, Butter and Cheese

Add the other 1/2 tablespoon to the pasta

Step 9: Add Cheese

Add as much cheese as you like based on how thick you prefer the sauce to be

Step 10: And You Are Done!

Add some more garnishes and spices if you like (oregano, thyme basil etc.)

You don't have to follow the recipe to heart because the sauce is definitely based on your preference but I hoped you enjoyed making this in the end!
