Step 1: Preparation
Cut the kohlrabi in slices. Give eggs on a deep plate and scatter salt, pepper, nutmeg & paprika to it. Mix it together. Give a bit flour on a plate and a bit breadcrumbs on another. Add the kohlrabi in flour on both sides. After that add it in the eggs and the breadcrumbs. Do that to all the kohlrabi slices. Fry them golden in a pan on both sides.
Step 2: Finish
