Step 1: Start Making the Batter
Place banana and milk in a blender and blend it until smooth
Step 2: Add Eggs
Crack open the eggs and add them to the mixture. Blend it until the yolks break, and the color is even.
Step 3: Add Remaining Ingredients
Add the oats, salt, cinnamon and baking soda. If you want your pancakes a little sweeter, add your favorite sugar substitute. Blend everything together until all the ingredients are combined.
Step 4: Get Your Skillet Ready
Place the skillet on the stove and turn on the temperature to medium. Grease it with cooking spray or butter.
Step 5: Cook Your Pancakes
Pour 1/3 cup of batter onto the skillet. If your skillet is big enough, you could add more batter for another pancake. Make sure you leave space between each one.
Step 6: Cook Both Sides
Cook each pancake for about 3 minutes. Flip it using a spatula and let it cook for another 3 minutes. Once it is golden brown, remove the pancake from the skillet and place it on a plate
