Step 1: Gather Your Supplies

First, you will want to gather your supplies and make sure that you have everything you need in order to make the snow globe.

You will want to make sure you have

A jar with a lid
A glue gun (not something cheap like Elmers)
Some glitter!!!
Water
A figure of your choice (I chose a mini water polo ball) that will fit in your jar to use as a centerpiece

Step 2: Glue Your Figure to a Jar

Take the figure you had chosen, and glue the bottom of the figure to the center underside of your jar lid. Allow some time to dry (until the glue is hard and dry).

Step 3: Next, Glitter & Water

Take your open glass jar and put any types of glitter you prefer into it. Then place the jar into the sink and fill up your jar with water.

Step 4: Glue the Lid and Screw On

Now, you will hot glue the edges of your lid so that it will stick onto the jar and keep the water from leaking. Once the lid is screwed on, make sure there is no initial leakage. If there is, you can see what I did (in the last two photos) was put extra glue on the lid of the snow globe to make sure no water would leak out. Once Glued, avoid shaking and turning over the snow globe until the glue has had time to dry (5 minutes or more).
