Step 1: What You Will Need: Two Hands and a Sheet of Paper

Step 2: Hold the Paper Horizontally and Start Folding It Till the End

Step 3: After Folding It Till the End It Will Look Like This

Step 4: Then Turn It Upside Down

Step 5: Then Fold It the Way It Is Shown in the Pic

Step 6: After You Do That Start Folding It the Other Way

Step 7: After Folding It May Look Like This

Step 8: Then Turn It Up Side Down It Will Look Like This

Step 9: Then Take It From Down and Put It in the Other Side

Step 10: Then the Remaining Part Put It Inside the Lower Loop
