Ever need a nice fresh potatoe chips but don't want to spend a fortune at a health food store?
Here is how to bake your own potatoes chips ( baked coconut oil), with no chemicals or additives !

Step 1: Ingredients
2. Sea Salt (regular salt works too)
3. Ground Pepper
4. Cooking spray or coconut oil
5. Baking skeet
6. Wax Paper
Step 2: Step 1: Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Step 3: Step 2 : Prepare Potatoes
Cut potatoes slices thin as wanted ( thinner cook faster)
Lightly coat each potatoe with coconut oil; set aside. ...
Arrange potato slices on prepared baking sheets, spacing them 1/4 inch apart.
Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper
Step 4: Step 3: Baking Tips
Bake, rotating sheets halfway through, until potatoes are crisp and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
Step 5: Step 4 : Pull and Cool
Pull when chips are light brown (15-30 minutes depending on thinkness)
Place on napkins or cloth to absorb oil
Let cool for 10 minutes before eating.
Step 6: Step 5 :
Place baked potatoe chips into bowl or platter. Add garnish or dressing (my fav is ranch)
Take extra chips and place in sealed container for later consumption,
If they get stale, reheat chips on cookie sheet with wap paper @ 400 degree for 10 minutes in over to refresh them.
