Hello Friends today I show you how to make ice-cream vending machine at home. Its very amazing science fair project for student. In this Science Project we use air pump to transfer ice-cream from one place to other place.Vending machine is give automatically item such as Drink,Alcohol,ice-cream to the customer when payment is complete by cash, token or debit card. This Vending Machine is reduce the work of shopkeeper. Vending Machine is First Discovered in England.Now a days Different type of Vending machine available in market. All are having same function to give the automatic product to consumer.

Screw driver Machine
Soldering iron
Soldering Wire
Knife Cutter

Blender

Material to be used:

Cardboard Sheet
Tharmocole sheet
6 Volt DC Air Pump
9V Battery
Switch
Water Bottle
Wire
Pipe

Step 2: CARDBOARD CUTTING

In this step cut the cardboard sheet with the help of Knife cutter. Cut this cardboard sheet as per above dimension shown in above picture (use marking pen ).

Step 3: CONTAINER MAKING

After cutting these cardboard sheet we make container for bottle seating. Use the glue gun to stick cardboard. Join all the cutting piece like shown in above picture, and make container.

Step 4: THARMOCOLE BOX

Make open square box from tharmocole sheet using glue gun, insert it in cardboard containers. These tharmocole box help to minimize the heat transfer. So ice-cream can not melt very fast.

Step 5: AIR PUMP

In this project main heart is the air pump. Air pump insert the air inside the bottle and pressure is increase at the surface of ice-cream, so ice-cream come upward through pipe.

Step 6: CONNECTION DIAGRAM

Connect the air pump with battery and switch by soldering iron as per above picture.

Step 7: FINAL ARRANGEMENT

Drill two hole in bottle cap for inserting different size pipe.

Join the small size pipe with air pump and insert in cap, that must be above the ice-cream level. Than insert bigger size of pipe one end in the ice-cream level and other end at our output side.

Step 8: ICE-CREAM MAKING PROCESS

Mix the Milk + Vanilla Extractor + Milk Powder + Sugar + Amul Fresh Cream with the help of Electric Blender Machine. After that Put this Mixture in Refrigerator for 24 hr. again this Mixture mix help of Blender and put it in refrigerator for 12 hr. Now your ice-cream is ready to insert in Bottle.

Step 9: INSERT CIRCUIT INTO CARDBOARD CONTAINER

Insert air pump, battery, bottle, switch, pipe assembly into cardboard container. This arrangement must be fix very well, so looking wise good.

Step 10: ENJOY YOUR ICE-CREAM VENDING MACHINE

On the switch your ice-cream comes out automatically from second end of big pipe. Hold your ice-cream cone below the pipe and fill up the cone. Eat with your family and friends. i hope you make this for your Science fair project.
