Introduction: OpenSimPedals - DIY 3D Printed Sim Racing Pedals With Loadcells
OpenSimPedals are built for DIY sim racing.
Goals are :
- 100% 3d printed
- 3 pedals optional : clutch, brake, throotle
- LoadCell pressure sensor
- Arduino
- Oled & buttons for autonomous configuration : deadzone/range by pedal
- Heavy forces : 70kg for the brake
- PCB or breadboard build
- Shared : STL + source code + PCB
- Vibration motor holder
- USB and PC joystick emulation

Step 1: LoadCell and Push Part
Use 2 screws, and add bearings.
Step 2: Arm Assembly
Screw the footprint.
Screw the vibrator motor holder.
Add bearings.
Use M8 screw / bolt to fix ball join (or alternative).
Step 3: Prepare Bases
Insert holder.
Insert bolt.
Step 4: Fix the Arm on Bases.
Follow the picture order.
Step 5: Prepare the Spring Shaft
Follow the item order.
Step 6: Assembly Spring Axe and Loadcell
First fix the axe on the arm.
Screw the loadcell.
Step 7: Fix the Loadcell Holder
Follow the order on the picture.
Push item is in the rear direction.
Step 8: Screw the Pedal Tilt Setter.
Screw like on the bottom left.
